U12 is a co-ed competition that sees the introduction of contact to the game. Our priority is safety and our coaches are highly trained and qualified to be teaching this important skill. We know that proper technique is a key to staying safe, and of course continuing to have fun. Our U12 teams compete across the region in tournaments, and some weeknight scrimmages. Practicing twice a week, these young athletes continue to work on their catch/pass skills as well as a focus on game play, getting ready to move to U14 where an adapted 13 aside game is introduced.
